This apartment complex was constructed in 1949 and renovated between 1991 and 1993. It contains 117 apartments and is surrounded by ample grounds. This complex is recommended for children, as a play area and a childcare center are located on the grounds. Botanic Gardens is located near the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Harvard Law School, and is within walking distance of Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. Several small convenience stores are within a 15-minute walk and a large grocery store is within a 25-minute walk.
