• All lease documents must be signed, and returned to the Affiliated Housing Leasing Office for processing before keys will be issued. You will be able to pick up your countersigned lease at the Property Management Office upon arrival unless you communicate otherwise with the Affiliated Housing Leasing Office.
• Keys may be obtained on or after the date the lease begins.
• Keys can be picked up by tenants whose names appear on the lease or by the spouse/domestic partner who is listed on the Affiliated Housing Application and Statement of Marriage /Domestic Partnership form. To authorize someone else to pick up your keys, you must complete a Limited Power of Attorney form and have it notarized. Click here to download a printable copy of this form.
• Keys and the countersigned lease are picked up at the Property Management Office for your complex. Use the links to the appropriate Property Management Office to find directions and other important information. If you are not sure which group your building belongs to, click here to find out.
• A valid photo ID is required to pick up keys.
