• All lease documents must be signed and returned to the Harvard University Housing Leasing Office for processing before keys will be issued.
• Keys and the countersigned lease are picked up at the Property Management Office for your complex on or after the lease begins.
• They can be picked up by tenants whose names appear on the lease or by the spouse/domestic partner who is listed on the Harvard University Housing Application and Statement of Marriage /Domestic Partnership form. To authorize someone else to pick up your keys, you must complete a Limited Power of Attorney form and have it notarized. Click here to download a printable copy of this form.
