CAPITAL PROJECT SERVICES (CAPS)

The Capital Project Services team supports and coordinates among the groups that are responsible for capital spending on Harvards buildings and infrastructure. Services include:

- Project approvals
- Capital project, building, land and tax data
- Deferred maintenance prevention (building assessments)
- Construction coordination/mitigation
- Construction procurement initiatives
- Standard construction contracts
- Construction best practices .
