PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Harvard Real Estate Services' Project Management Unit provides project and consulting services to University and HRES clients for their planning, design and construction projects. In support of faculty and administration initiatives, the unit manages all aspects of renovation and new construction projects from planning and conceptual design through construction and project closeout. We work closely with our University clients to balance objectives of cost, schedule and quality in support of their programmatic objectives.
